Report an alleged planning breach

If you believe there may be a potential breach of planning control, this should be reported directly to Horsham District Council, which is the local planning authority. Planning breaches can include unauthorised building works, changes of use, or development that does not follow approved plans. Reports are handled confidentially and should be made through the council’s planning enforcement service, where you will be asked to provide details of the location, the nature of the concern, and any relevant evidence. Further information and the online reporting form can be found on the Horsham District Council website.
