Temporary closure of Crawley Road Westbound, Colgate CP, 22nd January 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic Crawley Road Westbound, Colgate CP, in the Horsham District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on
Crawley Road Westbound between Crawley Road Roundabout to Faygate Roundabout The emergency temporary closure commenced on 22nd January 2026 for a maximum of 21 days. It is anticipated that works will be completed on 5th February 2026. The road closure is
required for the safety of the public and workforce while Volker Highways undertake works due to flooding The restriction will be in place 24hrs a day

An alternative route will be signed on site.
Access maintained for emergency services, residents and pedestrians within the closed area.
